Where did June go? I would wonder that anyway, but I just noticed that last week's post about going to California was the only one in June. That's odd. There are still hundreds of wild flowers blooming out in the back. Mostly the ones called "basket flower". They're called that because they look like the flower is blooming in a basket. I love them because they are lavender with white middles (always makes me think of berry sherbet), And they smell good, not a real sweet smell. more spicey. I've never had so many of them blooming at once. I feel wealthy.
